3 Course Meals

Bock's Menu
Start off with a salad made from fresh seasonal produce. Meat-lovers will be treated to a locally raised Black Angus steak for the main course or, if you're not into meat, Kvarken salmon provides a lighter option. The meal is topped off with chocolate cake garnished with berries of the season.

Brewery Menu
Dive in with a creamy locally grown oyster mushroom soup and continue to the brewery plank consisting of a selection of mouth watering meats and pickings. Once you've walked the plank, finish off with a concoction of cider marinated berries, meringue, oat-crumple and cream.

Barn Menu
Asparagus and cold smoked salmon sets the stage in this trilogy. The second act sees beef tenderloin enter the stage accompanied by the ever so gracious chanterelle and smoked reindeer sauce. As the velvety smooth lime panna cotta enters the play we've reached crescendo.
